Our 4 villas are fully equipped for all-year-round holidays in Lefkada.
Three of our Lefkada holiday homes are one-level stone villas for 2-4 guests. Our forth villa is on three levels and sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The maximum capacity of our resort is 18 guests. It is ideal for group or family holiday bookings in Lefkada, but also as a Retreat Venue.
All our villas have access to the free ultra-fast Starlink WiFi, heated swimming pool, the massage pavilion, the free-to-use sauna, the practice studio and the zen garden, plus many extra wellbeing therapies.

Our three detached stone villas, 50 m² each, with terrace and garden, accommodate up to 4 guests.
They are almost identical, only the color theme differs.
All single floor villas: Wellbeing, Wellness and Peaceful, feature private parking, private entrance and have one bedroom with double bed for 2 adults with en-suite bathroom.
The open space kitchen-living-diving has a double sofa bed for comfortably sleeping 2 children or even adults.
Open all year round for bookings in Lefkada, every villa is equipped with an electric fireplace for the winter months and AC units for all seasons.
Since Dec 2024 Apanema has the fastest & most stable WiFi on the island, provided by Starlink. Perfect coverage inside and outside – with speeds of 300 Mbps (download) and 30-50 Mbps (upload). Work remotely from Greece or make video calls anywhere on the premise with ultra-speeds and no interruptions.
Apanema Mindfulness villas have been built with quality standard, with 22-inch (55 centimeters) thick natural stone walls and wooden roof ceilings, both of which provide non-synthetic insulation for cool summer days and warm winter nights.
Solar panels in combination with zero-emission heat pumps take care of all hot water requirements and winter heating in most environmentally friendly way.
Guests will find a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with: a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware, coffee & tea maker and oven. The villa also provides guests with a barbecue area that can be used when there is no interdiction from the fire department.
The spacious terrace with garden views is a really nice place for morning coffees or tea. Lastly, there are new flat-screen TVs with Netflix and International TV Channels.

Zen Family Villa (150 m²) accommodates families or groups of friends of maximum 4 adults and 2 children.
It features private parking and has 2 separate bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The open space living-dining-kitchen area is at the first level opens to a large private terrace with a dining table and pool views.
Zen Villa has been designed to accommodate guests all year round. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is equipped with an electric fireplace in the living area for atmospheric winter stays. Hot water and winter heating are supplied by modern, no emission heat pumps and solar panels on the premises.
