Three of our Lefkada holiday homes are one-level stone villas for 2-4 guests. Our forth villa is on three levels and sleeps 4-6 guests.
All our villas have access to the heated swimming pool, the massage pavilion, the sauna, the practice studio and the zen garden.

Our three detached stone villas, 50 m² each, with terrace and garden, accommodate up to 4 guests.
All single floor villas: Wellbeing, Wellness and Peaceful, feature a private entrance and have a master bedroom with doubke bed and en-suite bathroom. Every villa is equipped with a fireplace for the winter months.
Apanema Mindfulness villas have all been designed to accommodate guest all year round. Our one-floor villas are air-conditioned and are equipped with fireplaces for atmospheric winter stays. Hot water and winter heating are supplied by modern, no emission heat pumps on the premises.
There is free wi-fi in all areas.
Apanema Mindfulness villas have been built to highest standard, with 22-inch (55 centimeters) thick natural stone walls and wooden roof ceilings, both of which provide non-synthetic insulation for cool summer days and warm winter nights. Solar panels in combination with zero-emission heat pumps take care of all hot water requirements in most environmentally friendly way.
Guests will find a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with: a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. The villa also provides guests with a barbecue area that can be used when there is no interdiction from the fire department.
Boasting a terrace with garden views, these villa also provide soundproof walls and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.
The Zen villa ( 150 m² ) accommodates families or gruop of friends of 4 adults and 2 children.
The Zen Villa features a private entrance and parking and has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The living-dining-kitchen area is at the first level, functions as an open space. This level has access to a private large terrace with a dining table.
Apanema Mindfulness Zen Villa has been designed to accommodate guest all year round. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and is equipped with fireplace for atmospheric winter stays. Hot water and winter heating are supplied by modern, no emission heat pumps on the premises.
Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with: a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven. The villa also provides free wireless internet and a barbecue area that can be used most of the times, except when there is an official interdiction from the fire department.
